BitGo与Stacks合作推出比特币质押服务

BitGo银行与信托公司（BitGo Bank & Trust）已向其符合条件的机构客户开放通过Stacks协议进行的比特币质押服务。客户可以使用其BitGo账户中的比特币进行质押，并以BTC形式获得奖励。

核心机制与安全特性

在质押期间，比特币将保持在BitGo合格托管下的比特币网络上，并处于时间锁定状态。每个质押周期的时长约为六个月。在此期间，比特币不会被借出、桥接或包装为其他形式的代币。

每笔质押头寸需配对价值为质押BTC价值5%的STX代币。目前，该服务仅面向由Stacks Labs管理的白名单机构合作伙伴开放。

运作原理与收益来源

根据Stacks Labs发布的公告，每笔头寸将BTC与价值为其5%的STX配对，并锁定约六个月。到期后本金将全额返还，且协议中不包含惩罚机制（Slashing）。

奖励来源于Stacks矿工。矿工通过在比特币网络上消耗BTC来挖掘Stacks区块从而获得收益。每个绑定周期在开启前会设定一个目标收益率，但实际收益率可能会因矿工奖励分配的时间点不同而有所波动。

BitGo指出，STX头寸具有独立的市场价格风险敞口。参与该服务还涉及其他风险，包括智能合约和协议风险，以及在债券期间对BTC访问受限可能导致延迟或损失的风险。此外，奖励具有可变性且不保证固定回报。

托管、奖励与访问权限

比特币采用标准比特币脚本进行时间锁定，BitGo表示这适用于由合格托管人持有的资产。BitGo代表客户收取奖励。

客户可以将质押奖励引导至与质押地址不同的地址。BitGo表示，这一功能有助于交易所交易产品（ETF等）和基金发行方将本金与奖励资金分开管理。

目前访问权限仅限于由Stacks Labs管理的白名单机构合作伙伴。Stacks Labs指出，BitGo早在2021年就首次集成了Stacks协议，并于去年8月增加了机构托管及sBTC的铸造服务。

此次发布进一步丰富了BitGo的机构服务内容。今年8月下旬，BitGo完成了对NYDIG机构交易业务的收购；上个月，Kalshi也选择了BitGo提供加密货币抵押的保证金贷款服务。
