SHIB Robinhood holds 39.27 trillion pieces of Shiba Inu, T. Rowe Price launches a crypto ETF containing SHIB
Robinhood, a well-known American brokerage platform, is famous for providing commission-free trading of stocks and cryptocurrencies. Currently, it holds more than 39.27 trillion Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens in its associated wallets.
A large number of SHIB positions exposed
Etherscan data confirms that a wallet labeled Robinhood currently holds 39,273,242,865,360.9000 SHIBs. This amount represents 3.9274% of Shiba Inu's total supply and is worth approximately US$161.8 million. Although Robinhood's SHIB reserves are huge, it is not the largest holder of the token.
Another wallet, described as the Shiba Inu destruction address, currently holds the vast majority of the SHIB in circulation. The balance of this inaccessible wallet is 410,433,377,893,806 SHIBs, accounting for 41.0441% of the total supply, and is valued at approximately US$1.69 billion.
Small Dictionary: Destroying an address refers to a cryptocurrency wallet with an unknown or unrecoverable private key. Any tokens sent to this address will be permanently inaccessible, thus effectively withdrawing from circulation.
Not only is the largest single wallet, the destruction address also plays a central role in SHIB's deflation strategy, making a large number of tokens permanently inaccessible. This destroyed address received a huge transfer from Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin in May 2021. At that time, Buterin transferred more than 410 trillion SHIBs (worth $6.7 billion at the time of delivery) into the damn wallet, permanently removing the tokens from the market. Deflation in Shiba Inu continues, with another 3.43 million SHIBs destroyed in the past 24 hours.
Distribution and Giant Whale Activity
In addition to these two holding concentrations, 58.06% of Shiba Inu's circulating supply is distributed in exchanges and private wallets. Most of these tokens are held on behalf of users by large registered exchanges, and the rest are held by individual investors. Giant whale wallets only account for 0.04% of the total number of SHIB addresses.

The Shiba Inu ecosystem welcomes new progress: T. Rowe Price has launched what it claims to be the industry's first actively managed multi-token spot cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund (ETF). The fund is called T. The Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF (TKNZ) began trading on Thursday. It provides investors with exposure to a diversified digital asset portfolio, including Shiba Inu.

The latest data shows that Shiba Inu is trading at US$0.0000413, down 0.71% in the past 24 hours. The decline coincided with a broader correction in the cryptocurrency market, with declines in Asian semiconductor stocks affecting major digital assets. The overall cryptocurrency market is still in a consolidation stage, while the Fear and Greed Index stands at 31 points, which is in what analysts believe to be a fear range.
