Ethereum regains bullish support for Bitcoin, targeting 0.035 BTC
Ethereum is showing strong momentum for Bitcoin after regaining its bull market support band, indicating that the strength and weakness pattern between the two leading cryptocurrencies may change.
After a long period of lagging behind, Ethereum challenges Bitcoin
The latest research by analyst MikybullCrypto points out that Ethereum's weekly bull market support for Bitcoin has regained. This trend is seen as a new signal that Ethereum may enter a relatively strong stage after falling behind Bitcoin for a long time.
The ETH/BTC trading pair has also broken through a downtrend line that has long suppressed its overall downward trend. Analysts note that the weekly relative strength index is approaching the central value of 50, which usually means momentum is improving.
If Ethereum can remain above this support band, the next key resistance levels may appear at 0.031 BTC and 0.035 BTC. Analysts stressed that stabilizing the recovered support was crucial, as a break below that level could weaken the current bullish pattern and reaffirm Bitcoin's dominance.
Maintaining ETH/BTC above the weekly bull market support band could mark a major trend shift. If it can hold on to 0.03 BTC, the possibility of Ethereum surpassing Bitcoin will increase significantly.
Technological breakthrough has not yet been confirmed, the next goal attracts attention
According to Daan Crypto Trades, since the end of 2025, the weekly closing price of Ethereum against Bitcoin has reached the bull market support band for the first time. At the same time, the ETH/BTC trading pair is testing to break through a long-term decline channel, and if a breakthrough is confirmed, it will further support the bullish reversal.
Continued stability above 0.03 BTC is seen as key to confirming this breakthrough and is expected to open the door to higher resistance levels near 0.032 BTC and 0.035 BTC.
However, as of press time, the breakthrough was still uncertain because ETH/BTC trading prices were still below 0.03 BTC. If Ethereum loses its support band of approximately 0.0287 BTC, it faces an increased risk of falling further into the 0.0262 BTC region.
The game around this key support and resistance structure will likely determine whether Ethereum can maintain its upward trend against Bitcoin in the coming weeks.
Current resistance level: 0.03 BTC (not yet broken), risk area if lost: 0.0287 BTC; next target: 0.032 BTC (potential), if lost: 0.0262 BTC; extended target: 0.035 BTC.
The cryptocurrency community is closely watching ETH/BTC trading pairs, as technical factors and relative strength signals could reshape current market trends.
