Bitmine Immersion Technologies announced that its Ethereum holdings have reached 5.79 million pieces, accounting for approximately 4.8% of the total circulation supply of the cryptocurrency. In the past week, the company has purchased nearly 10,000 more ETH units.
Pledge Strategy and Asset Overview
The company revealed that about 4.9 million (nearly 85%) of its total Ethereum holdings were pledged through validator operations. Bitmine expects that when all Ethereum is actively deployed through its own pledge infrastructure and collaborative validators, annualized pledge rewards are expected to reach US$299 million. As of July 26, Bitmine's total holdings, including other assets such as cash and marketable securities, reached $11.8 billion. The core of the company's strategy is to maximize returns through large-scale pledges, making it one of the largest Ethereum holdings among listed companies.
Recent Ethereum Purchases and Market Performance
In the past week, Bitmine purchased nearly 10,000 more ETH units, citing the favorable market environment for Ethereum. According to CoinGecko, in the past seven days, Ethereum has outperformed Bitcoin, rising by about 2.4%, while Bitcoin has fallen by about 0.7%. Bitmine Chairman Tom Lee pointed out that the ETH/BTC ratio is currently at a three-month high, indicating that Ethereum's momentum relative to Bitcoin is growing.

Strategy reported raising $544.5 million through stock sales and repurchasing $25 million of STRC preferred stock. The company increased its U.S. dollar reserves to US$3.75 billion while continuing to hold 843,775 BTC units.
