币安在遭遇63亿美元安全漏洞后逐步恢复提币服务

在经历了一次严重的安全漏洞事件并导致服务中断后，币安（Binance）宣布将逐步重新启动加密货币提币业务。该交易所在11月1日发布的声明中明确指出，提币操作将于协调世界时（UTC）06:00至09:00之间陆续恢复。

分阶段网络提币预期安排

币安澄清称，提币功能不会在所有网络上同时恢复，而是随着安全和基础设施检查的完成而逐步开放。该计划充分考虑了近期用户的需求，初期将涉及15个区块链网络。

币安旨在在完成安全和运营就绪检查后，渐进式地重新激活提币服务。第一阶段将包括比特币（Bitcoin）、以太坊（Ethereum）、XRPLedger、BNB智能链（BNB Smart Chain）、Solana、Tron和狗狗币（Dogecoin）等主流网络。此外，还将支持Zcash、Avalanche、Sui、Polygon和Arbitrum，并在多个网络上启用USDT和USDC的提币功能。

交易所提醒用户，并非所有加密货币和网络都能同时处于可操作状态。尽管发生了安全事件，用户仍继续向平台进行充值。

95%的资产已追回

此次提币服务的恢复，距离币安热钱包遭受重大攻击仅数日之遥，该攻击导致约63亿美元的加密货币损失。为遏制损害扩大、调查漏洞范围并防止进一步损失，币安曾暂时停止提币服务。

最新公告披露，受影响资产中约有95%已被追回，这一比例较此前报道的90%有所提升。币安强调，包括比特币、以太坊、XRP、Solana、BNB、USDT、USDC、Zcash、USD1和RLUSD在内的部分资产的用户账户余额已完全恢复。

币安报告称，多种资产的用戶余额已全部恢复正常，具体包括比特币、以太坊、XRP、Solana、BNB、USDT、USDC、Zcash、USD1和RLUSD。

尚未追回的资产主要占剩余的5%，这些资产多为流动性较低且难以替换的加密货币。币安重申，作为处理漏洞后续工作的一部分，其致力于追回剩余资产。
