FollowingMyCredit Investments Limited成功赎回58.6亿奈拉第六期商业票据
MyCredit Investments Limited已宣布，其依据100亿奈拉商业票据发行计划发行的第五期商业票据已成功完成赎回。根据公司发布的一份声明，作为FairMoney Microfinance Bank（公平货币微型银行）所有者的MyCredit已向投资者偿还了5,860,319,000奈拉，履行了其发行项下的义务。
公司表示，此次还款巩固了FairMoney履行财务义务和维持投资者信任的承诺。这也标志着该公司在尼日利亚债务资本市场参与的又一个里程碑，其中投资者关系仍然是其融资战略的重要组成部分。

The company recently announced that it has more than 30 million registered users in Nigeria, and also expresses its gratitude to its investors and partners who have provided support throughout the process. This number is up from data disclosed by FairMoney in the early stages of its expansion. The company said that in 2021, it had 1.3 million KYC verified users in Nigeria, during the $42 million Series B financing led by Tiger Global Management; subsequently, in company materials, as its loan and savings products expanded, its user base was cited as approximately 5 million to 6 million. Compared to these self-reported data, its user base has grown approximately fivefold in less than two years.
The company was established in 2017 and initially provided instant loan and bill payment services, and subsequently obtained a micro-banking license from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), allowing it to expand into savings accounts, bank cards and asset financing.
