BTC 赛恩思通讯彻底退出比特币策略，全面回归核心业务
本周早些时候，在纽约证券交易所上市的半导体公司赛恩思通讯（Sequans Communications）宣布，已将其剩余的34枚比特币全部售出，正式结束了其比特币国库战略。随着管理层将重点转向债务削减并重新聚焦于核心业务，该公司于今年年初启动的退出计划现已圆满收官。
彻底告别比特币持仓
根据公司发布的新闻稿，此次最终出售使公司在资产负债表上不再持有任何加密货币资产，同时也除去了与政府资助的研发项目相关的义务外，实现了无未偿还债务的状态。赛恩思通讯将此举措定义为更广泛的资产负债表重组的最后一步，而非对比特币本身看空的信号。
首席执行官乔治斯·卡拉姆（Georges Karam）表示，公司以“谨慎且把握机会的方式”变现了剩余持仓，但今后公司将把全部精力投入到半导体的增长战略中。
赛恩思通讯的比特币撤退始于今年5月，当时公司使用部分比特币持仓赎回所有于2025年7月发行的可转换债务。彼时，公司仍持有约658枚比特币，但明确表示其数字资产国库战略已经结束，剩余资产将逐步变现。截至6月30日，其总持仓量降至314枚比特币，而在9月下旬，该持仓被完全清空。
At the same time, the company's fundamentals were positive. According to a press release, the company's product revenue increased by more than 80% year-on-year in the second quarter, and the six-month backlog of product orders more than tripled.
Diversified market interpretations of different bitcoin strategies
In addition to Synthes Communications, other listed companies have also reduced their exposure to bitcoin this year, including Satuma Technologies. The company also dismantled its treasury instruments and disposed of remaining positions a few months ago. In addition, Emperor Digital sold 1,400 bitcoins earlier this year for approximately $87 million.
Perhaps the biggest surprise came from Strategy. The company broke its long-standing "buy but not sell" practice during the summer and completed several sales in a row. However, as Bitcoin prices began to recover last week and Strategy's positions turned profitable, the company resumed its accumulation of spree in late August and last week.
Strive took the opposite stance; the company did not make any sales, but instead accelerated its Bitcoin purchases. Its holdings reached 25,000 at the beginning of this month and acquired another 1,355 bitcoins last week.
