韩国拟加强金融机构网络安全要求

在对涉及包括加密货币交易所在内的16家公司的早期安全事件进行调查后，韩国正计划对金融机构实施更严格的网络安全要求。金融委员会（FSC）表示，在行业全面审查发现555家金融公司中有130家存在网络安全缺陷后，将推进改进威胁监控、增加安全评估频率以及强化高管问责制。

FSC指出，受影响的公司共泄露了约10万条客户信息，包括姓名、联系方式和身份证号码等。

受影响的机构包括Gopax运营商Streami以及加密货币交易平台Prabang。后者此前披露，10月发生的黑客攻击导致部分客户个人信息泄露。

根据拟议的改革方案，大型金融机构每年至少需接受两次漏洞评估。监管机构还计划加强信息共享系统，并考虑为小型公司引入人工智能技术用于安全监控。

此外，为防止未来发生类似事件，监管机构正在研究在出现紧急威胁时，允许在常规评估周期之外进行额外的网络安全检查。

FSC表示，目前仍在调查这些事件是否涉及人工智能的使用，或是否与同一批攻击者有关。
