zk.money 的核心功能

用户可以从以太坊主网存入 DAI、USDC 或 USDT。不过，USDC 和 USDT 会被转换为 DAI，且尽管后续活动具有隐私性，但存款行为本身仍具有公开可追溯性。为了提升用户体验，用户可以申请类似“bob.zk.money”的简易标识符，替代冗长的钱包地址，并通过分享链接来发送或请求付款。这些标识符采用以太坊名称服务（ENS）技术，能够兼容支持 ENS 的应用程序。
The feature currently in Alpha testing has a cap on fund operations: a deposit, payment and withdrawal limit of US$2,500 per transaction, and a total daily limit of US$50,000. Mobile application and decentralized finance (DeFi) integration is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2026, but specific partners have not yet been announced.
Background and Future Outlook
Before the service was discontinued in 2023 due to scalability challenges, the original version of zk.money already served 75,000 wallets and processed transactions worth US$100 million. Aztec Labs CEO Joe Andrews pointed out that it was these challenges that led to the initial shutdown. Now, with the network officially launched and managed by the non-profit organization Aztec Foundation, Aztec Labs said it will continue to develop open source privacy products on this basis.
This restart coincides with just eight days after Aztec activated the private smart contract execution function on September 21, which means that the restarted application has stronger infrastructure support than its predecessor.
This timing also coincides with a broader shift at the Ethereum protocol level. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin released an updated protocol roadmap on August 10, 2026, juxtaposing its original 2023 chart with the current "Strawmap". This work plan plans the upgrade path until 2029. He noted that quantum security and privacy-two current focus areas for Ethereum-were not even mentioned in the old roadmap.
