BNB Chain 在 BSC 测试网激活 Jenner 硬分叉

@BNBCHAIN 已在 BNB 智能链（BSC）测试网上正式激活了 Jenner 硬分叉。此次升级旨在网络拥堵时确保支付交易的顺畅流通，并引入了针对稳定币和代币化资产的新代币标准。Binance 创始人 @cz_binance 分享了这一更新，并附言：“Keep building.”

支付通道：预留区块空间以保障转账

Jenner 的核心功能是“Payment Lane”（支付通道），具体规范见于 BEP-703。该功能默认将每个区块中 5% 的 Gas 额度预留用于符合条件的支付交易。治理委员会可将此预留比例上调至最高 10%。

在初始阶段，资格认定较为严格。原生 $BNB 转账若发送至无代码账户，则符合资格。而对于稳定币等代币转账，需待治理委员会批准相关合约后，方可计入合格范围。初始状态下，支付合约列表为空，后续治理委员会可根据需要添加或移除符合条件的合约，包括稳定币和 CAS20 代币。其他类型的交易无法使用这些预留空间，即使该空间未被占满。此外，该功能并不保证特定交易一定能被包含在指定区块中。如果合格支付的总需求超过预留容量，它们之间仍需相互竞争，且不会免除费用。

毫秒级时间戳与 CAS20 标准

Jenner 硬分叉还赋予智能合约毫秒级的精确时钟功能，这对于报价过期、拍卖截止等功能至关重要。据 Crypto Economy 报道，这种精度旨在服务于去中心化金融（DeFi）预言机和拍卖机制。

此外，该分叉还为 CAS20（合规资产标准，BEP-702）奠定了基础。其合规控制措施包括共享的授权与黑名单、转移策略、暂停功能，以及独立的铸造、销毁和扣押角色。CAS20 保持了与 BEP-20 工具集的兼容性，因此现有的钱包和应用应能正常读取此类代币。

目前，CAS20 尚未正式上线。代币创建需由治理委员会指定的管理员单独激活。BNB Chain 同时指出，技术层面的控制措施本身并不能使代币具备法律合规性。当前的激活仅限于测试网环境，主网上线时间将由 BNB Chain 另行宣布。截至目前，BNB Chain 尚未确认具体的主网上线日期，第三方追踪数据显示目标时间为 11 月底，但尚未获得官方证实。
