MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor hints at possible buying Bitcoin again

MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor has sparked market expectations that he may buy Bitcoin again by reissuing the "Bitcoin tracker" chart the company uses to track its Bitcoin reserves. He only added the word "More orange" to his post.

Looking back at Siler's past posts, we can see that the orange dots in the chart represent microstrategy's Bitcoin buying history, and such posts are often followed by the company's official announcement of new coin purchases. Therefore, the latest release is interpreted as a signal that MicroStrategy may again increase its Bitcoin holdings. However, as of press time, the company has not issued any official statement on the new purchase.

Current Bitcoin Reserve Data

Currently, the total bitcoin reserves of microstrategies are 845,050 BTC. The total cost of these bitcoins is approximately US$63.58 billion, and the average purchase price is US$75,412. Based on current market prices, the total value of the reserve is estimated to be approximately US$68.03 billion.

Recent repurchase developments

After a suspension of about two months, MicroStrategy resumed Bitcoin purchasing activities at the end of August. This time, the company purchased 4,603 BTC at an average price of US$80,382, with a total expenditure of approximately US$369.7 million. The transaction increased the company's total Bitcoin reserves to 845,050 BTC.
