Strategy disclosed the latest purchase on a Form 8-K filed on September 21. The company purchased the 950 bitcoins using U.S. dollar cash between September 14 and September 20. The average price of each Bitcoin is US$79,670, and the total purchase cost includes related fees and expenses.
This new purchase brought Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings as of September 20 to 846,000. The company has invested a cumulative amount of US$63.8 billion in these previous positions, and the average bid price after fees and expenses is US$75,416 per position.

It is worth noting that the document also shows that during the same period, Strategy did not sell any shares through its At-the-Market (ATM) program. This means that the latest Bitcoin purchase funds come from the company's existing U.S. dollar cash, rather than from selling new shares through the ATM program.
