Giant whale movements and potential risks
At the same time, the correction of tokens coincides with the beginning of some giant whales reducing their positions. Online data showed that investors known as Oxf562 sold 25,001 ZECs (worth more than $37.8 million). The tokens were purchased two months ago for an average price of $425, and the operation earned it more than $27 million. Such developments could trigger panic among retail investors, causing them to also sell their tokens, triggering a deeper correction.
Extreme pessimistic scenario forecast
X platform user Crypto Patel recently observed the formation of a cup handle pattern, suggesting that a partial top may have been established when prices rise to the US$1,600 to US$2,000 range. Subsequently, the analyst claimed that ZEC showed signs of "extreme stretching" on the psychological level and predicted that there could be a decline to below $500 in the next 1-3 years. In addition, he even envisioned the possibility of a price collapse to $200 if the long-term structure reversed completely.
On the other hand, analyst Crypto with Haris expressed sympathy for ZEC's "avid fans." He believes the asset has reached the top of the cycle and predicts prices will fall back to around $1,000. He also revealed that he had made a profit of more than $60,000 in long positions, subsequently established short positions, and witnessed the main hype surrounding ZEC.
