Circle表示，Arc被设计为一个经济网络，而不仅仅是另一条区块链。其主要功能包括：直接使用USDC支付费用、亚秒级最终确定性、支持代币化资产，以及为能够参与经济活动的AI智能体设计的底层基础设施。
对于CRCL股票而言，此次发布让投资者除了关注USDC及其现有金融平台外，还有了Circle业务的另一个观察维度。
Arc主网从第一天起就将USDC引入网络
Arc主网发布的一个重要部分是它与Circle现有稳定币基础设施的直接连接。Circle指出，截至公告发布时，流通量超过740亿美元的USDC从一开始就内置于网络中。
与要求用户持有单独的波动性代币来支付网络费用的其他区块链不同，Arc使用USDC作为Gas费。这使得支付过程与以美元计价的资产挂钩，符合Circle更广泛的推动稳定币在日常金融活动中发挥作用的战略。
The network also provides sub-second final certainty, meaning transactions are designed to be settled almost instantly. Circle said Arc supports payments, foreign exchange, trading, lending, asset issuance and other financial market activities.
Another part of therelease is Circle StableFX, which supports round-the-clock programmable foreign exchange settlement between stablecoins. Circle Payments Network has also been integrated into Arc, allowing cross-border transfers to be settled in near real time.
Trading activity is already part of the network. Circle said platforms such as Aero, Fomo and Uniswap all support Arc's market infrastructure for its first day of public launch. In addition, it also includes tokenized assets such as USYC and BUIDL, providing users with assets that can be traded, borrowed or used as collateral.
Can Arc's release change the trend of CRCL stocks?
The launch of Arc Mainnet brings a new product to Circle at a time when CRCL shares are under pressure. However, the launch itself does not guarantee that the stock price will recover. Investors still need to see how much activity Arc attracts and whether the network adds value to Circle's overall business.
Circle also positions Arc as the so-called "proxy economy era" where AI systems can act as economic participants and execute transactions. With the development of the network, AI-related activities have become another area worthy of attention.
Safety is also the focus of publicity. Circle said Arc supports post-quantum signatures and uses a deterministic consensus mechanism specifically designed for the needs of financial markets. Privacy tools are also under development, including confidential transactions and balances with view keys.
As the chart shows, with a market value of approximately US$21.91 billion, CRCL shares are still trading closely around Circle's growth expectations. The stock also traded well below its displayed 52-week high of $159.47.
As a result, Arc opens up a new avenue for Circle to expand its role in on-chain finance, but its impact on CRCL stocks will depend on actual usage, institutional engagement and the network's ability to turn the initial lineup into ongoing activity.
