WBTC Arc Portal 正式上线：Circle 全新区块链生态的核心入口
Arc Portal 现已在 @arc 上线，作为面向用户的主要入口，连接 Circle 的全新区块链网络。2026年9月16日（星期三），Circle Internet Group 正式推出 Arc——一个专为金融市场、实时资金流动以及代理型经济活动量身定制的开放型 Layer 1 区块链。
该门户为用户提供了一个统一的枢纽，支持创建或充值钱包、将 $USDC 兑换为 cirBTC（Circle 封装的比特币），并通过 @Morpho 获取收益。Circle 表示，cirBTC 可与 BTC、cbBTC 或 WBTC 按 1:1 的比例无损兑换，且无需转换费用，旨在服务于抵押品及流动性应用场景。此外，Arc 链上的所有交易手续费均以 $USDC 支付，而非波动性较大的原生代币。这一刻意的设计选择，旨在为机构客户和开发者提供可预测的成本结构。
AI 钱包与收益管理：门户功能全景
Arc Portal 的功能超越了基础的钱包管理范畴。用户不仅可以为 AI 驱动的代理钱包充值、设置支出限额、委托链上任务，还能发现应用并追踪余额。这使得它成为零售用户以及管理链上自主活动用户的统一仪表盘。
在收益方面，应用内的赚取机会通过 @Morpho 路由分发。作为 Arc 启动时的核心参与者，Morpho 与 Aave 共同锚定了 Arc 的借贷市场。
Institutional Endorsement and Early Scale
When the Arc main network was launched, in addition to Circle, it also united eleven founding institutional validators including BlackRock, DTCC, Visa, Mastercard and ICE. More than 100 applications were launched on the first day. Before the official opening of the public chain, its public test network handled more than 700 million transactions in less than a year.
Born for the "Age of Agents"
Circle positions Arc as the first blockchain designed since the Creation Block for AI agents that perform economic tasks independently. Data shows that $USDC accounts for 98.8% of the agent-driven transaction volume in Circle's products, establishing the core position of stablecoins in the new chain.
Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire called Arc "the most important release in Circle history since the birth of USDC."
