BTC Circle推出比特币支持的借贷产品，清算风险由Morpho协议承担
Circle近日推出了一款以比特币为抵押品的借贷产品，允许用户使用比特币作为抵押品借入USDC。该产品的关键区别在于，清算风险的管理由去中心化借贷协议Morpho负责，而非Circle本身。
Circle比特币支持型USDC借贷运作机制
该产品将两种不同的角色相结合：Circle负责发行和赎回USDC（一种与美元挂钩的稳定币，其监管框架近期因获得纽约信托特许状而得到扩展），而Morpho则处理链上借贷的机制。借款人存入比特币作为抵押品，并据此获得相应的USDC额度。
Morpho是一个非托管式借贷协议，通过自主运行的智能合约进行操作。在这种安排下，它充当持有抵押品和追踪贷款头寸的场所，从而将稳定币发行方与信用基础设施分离开来。
为何清算风险归于Morpho协议
清算风险是指当抵押品价值低于所需阈值时产生的风险，这会触发自动出售抵押品以偿还贷款。在Circle的结构中，这一责任归属于Morpho，而非Circle。
这种分配方式至关重要，因为比特币的价格波动可能会迅速压缩抵押品价值。当借款人的抵押品比率跌破协议的最低要求时，Morpho的智能合约将启动清算程序，无需Circle介入。借款人将面临强制出售抵押品的情况，而Circle的USDC供应量不会受单个头寸结果的影响。
这种设计呼应了去中心化金融（DeFi）借贷中常见的模式，即协议层面的风险管理可能成为潜在漏洞（例如预言机定价或清算逻辑受到损害时）。在此案例中，Morpho承担了这一操作风险敞口，而非Circle。
对借款人和DeFi用户的意义
对于希望在不卖出资产的情况下获得流动性的比特币持有者来说，该产品提供了一条获取USDC的途径，且在某些司法管辖区下，这可能不构成应税处置事件。然而，代价是抵押品在价格压力期间仍暴露于Morpho的清算引擎之下。
Circle选择通过Morpho而非自行构建借贷基础设施来提供该产品，使得稳定币发行方远离信用风险。这种隔离可能吸引那些希望从受监管的发行方处获得USDC敞口，同时接受协议清算条款的机构借款人。
More broadly, Circle has been strengthening its regulatory position and has previously been involved in fund management disputes. Therefore, clear risk boundaries with Morpho are a deliberate structural choice, not an accident. At the same time, competitors are exploring similar areas: JPMorgan Chase launched U.S. dollar deposit tokens on Coinbase's Base network, a sign that major financial institutions are building mortgage and lending tracks based on public blockchain-based in parallel.
For users focused on Bitcoin, the key variable remains Bitcoin's collateral behavior under pressure. The product converts Bitcoin's purchasing power into dollar liquidity, but a sharp drop in price could trigger Morpho's automatic liquidation before borrowers add collateral, turning temporary volatility events into permanent position closures.
