穆迪给予Ripple美元稳定币RLUSD评级

作为领先的信用评级机构之一，穆迪（Moody's）为Ripple发行的美元挂钩稳定币RLUSD长期存款授予A2评级，短期存款授予P-1评级。这一决定为机构投资者评估稳定币风险提供了重要参考，其中储备结构及潜在违约情景也被纳入考量。

RLUSD的储备结构获得肯定

据The Defiant报道，该评级报告涵盖由Ripple子公司Standard Custody & Trust Company直接在XRP账本和以太坊网络上发行的RLUSD。穆迪对RLUSD储备主要由高流动性资产（如短期美国国债和现金）构成的做法表示积极看法。此外，评级过程中还考虑了RLUSD 103%的目标储备覆盖率，并给予了正面评价。大部分储备由纽约梅隆银行（BNY）的托管服务持有。穆迪还强调了每日储备验证、独立月度会计确认以及赎回前销毁代币等实践做法。

A2与P-1评级的含义

穆迪的长期A2评级表明其信用质量处于中上水平，而P-1则代表该机构最高的短期评级等级。这些评估为机构用户在RLUSD的偿付能力及储备质量方面提供了额外的风险评估依据。

然而，穆迪指出，尽管储备金与发行方的股权资产保持隔离，但这种结构并不能完全保护RLUSD免受发行方破产的影响。穆迪还警告称，由于RLUSD持有者对储备金没有直接的所有权，一旦发行方违约，还款可能会延迟。将储备金隔离并不能完全消除这一风险。
