Robinhood's news focus focuses on 53 token offerings related to a single operation. Wazzz tracked at least $18.43 million in capital flows from these related issues. HOOD shares closed Friday at $119.40, down 1.18%.
Robinhood's news sparked censorship after Wazz linked 53 Robinhood Chain token offerings to a so-called fund withdrawal operation. Wazzz said the operation withdrew at least $18.43 million through the wallet over approximately two months.
The discovery has raised questions about Robinhood's new blockchain offering of unlicensed tokens. However, the findings do not establish wrongdoing by Robinhood or his company, nor do they show that the company created the tokens.
Robinhood News focuses on 53 related token offerings
Wazzz linked four other offerings through the same private key used to fund the batch. Four other offerings allegedly sent proceeds to the same collection wallet.
Analysts said the operation used 70 to 200 wallets during each independent release. These allegedly obtained more than 70% of the total available supply in early transactions.
According to Wazzz, CRUMBS generated the largest identified withdrawal amount, approximately US$3.12 million. LEGS followed closely with nearly $2.9 million, while PINK accounted for approximately $1.44 million.
These data are still based on allegations of wallet clustering and transaction tracking. As of September 28, no law enforcement agency has announced charges against identified wallets.
