由于在 Coinbase 上购买、卖出和兑换这些代币的功能已受限，对于希望继续持有的用户而言，提现成为唯一选择。10月30日，Coinbase 将在适用情况下按市场汇率将剩余余额转换为 USDC；若 USDC 不适用，则转换为其他受支持的加密货币或法币。平台指出，此次一次性转换可能在部分司法管辖区构成应税事件。

Coinbase 强调，截止日期之后发送至平台的资产将不会被计入余额，也不会纳入本次转换范围，且无法保证资产追回。

为何 MiCA 法规导致此项变更

根据《加密资产市场监管法规》，上述受影响代币被归类为电子货币代币或参考资产代币。稳定币发行人的过渡期已于2026年7月1日结束，且未获延期。因此，Coinbase 无法再支持其发行人未获得 MiCA 授权的代币。

Coinbase Luxembourg 负责在 EEA 地区提供交易所服务，并已获得卢森堡金融 sector 监督委员会（CSSF）依据 MiCA 颁发的加密资产服务提供商授权。Coinbase 表示，如果某种稳定币后续符合 MiCA 合规要求，平台将重新评估对其的支持；但已完成的转换不可逆转。

此外，爱尔兰中央银行上周对 Coinbase Ireland 处以325万欧元罚款，原因是其在客户资金保障方面存在失职。与此同时，加拿大于周六发布了稳定币监管草案，拟禁止支付收益。
