OKXICE TSV的运作方式

该平台由洲际交易所（ICE）和OKX关联公司OKC USA Holding各持有50%的股份。平台声明，无论是平台本身还是任何关联机构，均不发行或代币化其所提供的代币化股票。

交易将通过XLayer上的许可制自动做市商池进行，每个池将一种代币化股票与一种支付型稳定币配对。只有持有该平台发行的灵魂绑定代币（Soulbound Token）的钱包才能进行交易。平台表示将全天候24小时、每周7天运营，其网站显示OKXICE TSV“即将上线”。

根据SEC豁免规定，一个平台最多可列出《限额上涨-限额下跌计划》（Limit Up-Limit Down plan）第一层级中的75个股票代码，且交易量上限不得超过上月日均交易量的0.25%。
