ZEC Privacy technology company Cypherpunk Technologies appoints senior mining executive Amanda Fabiano to its board of directors
Nasdaq-listed privacy technology company Cypherpunk Technologies announced on September 22 that it has appointed senior mining executive Amanda Fabiano to its board of directors based on filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Fabiano currently serves as chief operating officer of Nakamoto Inc., a publicly traded company focused on Bitcoin, and is also an independent director of TeraWulf Inc. TeraWulf is a Bitcoin mining company that has expanded into artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure.
Mining experience accumulated at Fidelity and Galaxy
Before taking up operations positions, Fabiano worked at Galaxy and Fidelity, responsible for advanced mining and investment operations and helped establish some of the early institutional-level digital asset mining projects. Douglas E., President and CEO of Cypherpunk Onsi said: "Amanda's career has always been devoted to the construction, expansion and governance of digital asset infrastructure, all within listed companies. Her operational expertise and board experience of listed companies make her an outstanding addition to our board."
Zcash mining has produced 3,023 ZECs since August

除了加密货币业务外，Cypherpunk的子公司Leap Therapeutics正在开发包括sirexatamab和FL-501在内的癌症疗法，这使得该公司呈现出数字资产挖矿与生物技术相结合的独特形态。
机构投资者开始关注Zcash
