交易后的隐形支柱：DTCC开放区块链代币化，Ondo Finance率先布局

Ondo是发行股票和美国国债代币化版本的机构之一，也是该服务生态系统中的合作伙伴。其他参与方包括Broadridge、DRW和Fireblocks等知名企业。

权利不变，形式革新

通过DTS，DTC的参与者可以在传统证券形式与代币化形式之间切换符合条件的证券。DTC的参与者主要指在其持有账户的银行和经纪商。

据Ondo介绍，代币化版本保留了与传统版本相同的所有权权利和保护措施。对投资者而言，这解决了代币化领域最大的未解之谜之一：代币是否真正具备其背后资产的法律效力。

Ondo的长期耕耘

Ondo在此次发布中的角色并非一蹴而就，而是自春季以来持续积累的结果。

5月： Ondo加入DTC的数字资产解决方案行业工作组，为服务的开发提供了反馈意见。
7月： Ondo宣布推出两款由DTC代币化权益支持的代币：CRCLon（挂钩Circle股票）和SPYon（挂钩SPDR标普500 ETF）。这是首批采用该结构的“Ondo Stock”。这些权益作为每种代币底层证券的数字孪生体存在。

此外，Ondo还是首家加入DTCC Fund/SERV系统的代币化公司，该系统处理了美国大部分共同基金的交易。

Ondo表示，计划继续与DTCC保持合作。能够尽早参与其中，使该公司处于华尔街现有基础设施适应代币化趋势的核心位置。
