据多家媒体报道，一群温和派民主党参议员同意支持一项提案，该提案将重启政府，并为包括农业部、退伍军人事务部和国会在内的多个部门提供资金，直至本财年结束，同时将其他机构的资金延长至1月30日。该计划还将为被强制休假的员工补发工资，并恢复暂停的联邦政府对各州和地方政府的拨款。

众议院能否通过该法案仍不明朗。民主党领导人批评该协议未包含延长即将到期的奥巴马医改补贴的内容。共和党承诺将在12月中旬前就延长这些税收抵免进行投票，但这并不能保证。

预测市场反映出市场对停工即将结束的乐观情绪日益高涨。Polymarket目前预测停工将持续41天，低于今天早上的50天预测，而Kalshi则预测为43天。
