BTC Microstrategy co-founder Michael Seller: The era of digital assets and intelligence requires a "digital bill of rights"
Michael Saylor, co-founder of Strategy, said that in an era where digital assets and artificial intelligence are intertwined, what we need is not restrictions, but a "digital bill of rights." The executive chairman of the world's largest enterprise-level Bitcoin holder pointed out in an article posted on Platform X on Saturday that although the era of artificial intelligence can increase productivity, it must have a better monetary system and capital market to truly unleash its potential.
Thaler writes that a useful framework for building digital assets should establish five basic rights or freedoms. These rights include: first, the right to create new digital assets; and second, the right to issue these assets to the market to finance businesses and promote productivity. In addition, it also includes third, the right to hold digital assets or choose a custodian at its discretion; fourth, the right to transfer digital assets, that is, transfer assets between people, companies, wallets and service providers; and fifth, the right to use digital assets, covering consumption, investment, earning income, and borrowing with digital assets as collateral.
Selle emphasized that these rights should apply to both individuals and businesses. He pointed out: "The value of an asset depends on what the owner can do about it. If you limit its use, you limit its economic potential."
