BTC Upbit 将 JPYC 交易启动时间推迟三小时

According to Upbit's general trading guidelines, new assets have no previous closing prices on the first trading day. After the transaction starts, the platform will use the price of the first transaction as the benchmark for calculating the price of the day.
PYUSD trading plan remains unchanged
Although PayPal USD (PYUSD) appeared in the initial listing announcement, only JPYC was mentioned for the change after the 11:50 a.m. time adjustment. Therefore, PYUSD retains the original launch time of 12:00 noon and also covers the KRW, BTC and USDT markets.
PYUSD deposits and withdrawals are also limited to the Ethereum network. Its supported token contract addresses are: 0x6c3ea9036406852006290770 bedfcaba0e23a0e8 . PayPal describes PYUSD as a dollar-denominated stablecoin that can be converted to U.S. dollars on a 1:1 ratio. Currently, Paxos is responsible for issuing the token, backed by US dollar reserves and cash equivalents. Although PayPal's support network includes Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum and Stellar, Upbit only accepts Ethereum transfers in this new market.
Early trading restrictions and risk control measures
In order to maintain market order, Upbit has implemented a number of control measures in the early stages of new asset listings:
- Buy restrictions: Orders are prohibited from placing within about five minutes after the start of a transaction.
- Limit sell orders: Sell orders whose price is more than 10% lower than the reference value of the previous day's closing price will be restricted within the same period.
- Order Type Restrictions: 上市后约两小时内，仅允许使用限价单（Limit Orders），其他类型的订单及条件将被屏蔽。

JPYC 的监管进展与市场应用
JPYC Inc. 于2025年8月18日根据日本《支付服务法》第37条完成了资金转移服务提供商的注册，登记号为关东财务局第00099号。该注册状态使其能够发行可兑换为日本货币的日元挂钩电子支付工具。
该公司于2025年10月正式推出了当前的 JPYC 稳定币及其 JPYC EX 发行与赎回服务。JPYC 表示，该代币旨在以1:1的比例追踪日元汇率，并由日元存款和日本国债支持。自推出以来，JPYC 的业务已从单纯的发行和赎回扩展到链上流通领域。7月10日的消息显示，链上流通量已超过20亿日元；而更早的6月数据显示，累计 JPYC EX 账户开设数超过19,000个，累计发行量超过30亿日元。
