Bastion获美国货币监理署初步有条件批准，拟设立联邦信托银行

稳定币基础设施提供商Bastion宣布，其已获得美国货币监理署（OCC）颁发的美国信托银行牌照的初步有条件批准。根据周五发布的一份新闻稿，该牌照在Bastion已持有的州级执照基础上，增加了来自OCC的联邦监管。不过，这家拟议中的银行尚不能吸收存款或发放贷款，因此与传统商业银行有所区别。

该公司将以“Bastion Platforms National Trust Company”的名义运营，通过这一单一受联邦监管的实体，提供稳定币托管、钱包服务、支付基础设施以及白标发行等服务。

Bastion首席执行官Nassim Eddequiouaq表示：“稳定币已从新兴技术转变为核心金融基础设施，这就要求建立更高标准的信任度、治理结构和监管严谨性。”

据悉，自2025年2月获得纽约州信托牌照以来，Bastion一直致力于实现联邦层面的监管合规。此前有报道指出，Bastion在2025年9月完成了一轮融资，融资金额为1460万美元。该轮投资由Coinbase Ventures领投，日本科技巨头索尼、韩国手机制造商三星的投资子公司、风险投资机构Andreessen Horowitz的加密业务部门以及加密风投机构Hashed等参投。

目前，Ripple公司已获得类似牌照的条件性批准，而Circle和BitGo则已获得最终批准。此外，Kraken母公司Payward、加密货币基础设施提供商Zerohash以及支付公司Block也已提交申请。
