Silver prices are currently trading around $66.27 an ounce as traders try to determine whether the latest correction is coming to an end. MCO Global believes that the $49 -60 support range has stabilized and five smaller waves of gains from summer lows could be the first signal of a larger recovery.
At the time of analysis, the price of silver was US$66.2665, down 0.20% below the daily K line. The chart shows that the price was the highest at the time. If the recovery continues, MCO Global points to US$74, 81, and 89, with the final target of US$102 as the next major resistance level. Why analysts think silver's correction may be ending
MCO Global's bullish argument starts in the US$49 -60 support range. Analysts pointed out that the area has been confirmed and has launched a short period of five waves of gains since summer lows. The daily chart shows that silver prices are currently in a larger fourth-wave correction structure. Prior to the correction, silver prices climbed from macro lows close to $34.50 to a third peak of around $130.
Subsequently, the correction dropped silver prices to around $48.88 before a rebound towards $66.27. MCO Global has not yet fully confirmed the new five-wave structure, but it provides a potential path for further gains.
