FollowingBlockchain.com与纽约证券交易所签署分销谅解备忘录
Blockchain.com 与纽约证券交易所（NYSE）近日签署了一份谅解备忘录（MoU），旨在建立一项分销安排。该协议将使 Blockchain.com 的全球用户群体能够访问在纽约证券交易所上市的代币化美国股票和交易所交易基金（ETFs）。
根据相关监管批准的要求，这一合作将允许 Blockchain.com 的用户在其数字另类交易系统（ATS）上交易上述代币化资产。此次协作旨在通过 Blockchain.com 庞大的全球客户群，进一步拓宽纽约证券交易所在加密原生投资者中的影响力。
目前，Blockchain.com 拥有约 4,400 万注册用户，是全球最大的零售加密货币平台之一。一旦获得监管机构的许可，这些用户将获得传统市场资产的 fractional share（零碎股）交易权限，并实现全天候交易。
此外，该谅解备忘录还包含数据共享条款。除了分销安排外，协议还涵盖了 Blockchain.com 与 ICE Data Services 之间的双向数据集成。ICE Data Services 是纽约证券交易所母公司洲际交易所（Intercontinental Exchange, ICE）的数据部门。
纽约证券交易所加速布局代币化市场
The partnership with Blockchain.com is the latest step in a series of initiatives by the New York Stock Exchange to build its tokenized securities infrastructure. After obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, the New York Stock Exchange plans to launch a platform that will support tokenized share trading that is interchangeable with traditional issued securities. The platform features multiple innovative features, including 24/7 operation, instant settlement, orders denominated in US dollars, and stablecoin-based capital injections.
The New York Stock Exchange is advancing a hybrid model that combines its traditional market structure with a blockchain-based trading platform. Previously, the NYSE has announced plans to launch a stand-alone, all-weather platform and achieve this by integrating its existing high-speed Pillar matchmaking engine ATS system.
The market opportunities in this area are huge. According to Citi Research, by 2030, the base case size of tokenized assets will reach US$5.5 trillion. In recent years, the innovation and application of tokenized securities have accelerated significantly. Possible advantages of tokenized stocks include fragmentation of ownership, round-the-clock trading away from traditional market opening hours, broad access to global investors, and faster and more transparent on-chain settlement mechanisms.
