XRP 巴西中央证券存管机构采用 XRP Ledger 进行资产记录镜像，开创国家级证券市场使用公有链先河
9月29日，巴西中央证券存管机构（CSD BR）宣布，将开始利用 XRP Ledger 对投资基金份额的所有权记录进行镜像备份。据 Ripple 方面描述，这是全球首家国家级证券存管机构采用公有区块链进行证券记录保存的案例。
根据双方公告，合作第一阶段将把存放在 CSD BR的 BTG Pactual 基金股份进行代币化。在此期间，CSD BR 的系统仍作为官方权威记录源。
记录镜像模式的工作原理
在第一阶段，存放在 CSD BR 的 BTG Pactual 投资基金份额将采用多用途代币（MPT）标准在 XRP Ledger 上进行代币化和镜像。区块链在此过程中充当辅助层，用于查询和审计，授权参与者可以在近乎实时的时间内检查记录的一致性，而无需改变发行人、投资者或其他参与方的法律责任。
该环境为许可制网络，仅限通过客户身份识别（KYC）和反洗钱（AML）审查的巴西企业和银行客户使用。CSD BR 保留对发行和管理的完全控制权，包括在监管者或法院要求时冻结个别资产或通过“追回”机制撤销交易的能力。
受监管市场基础设施的首次突破
CSD BR has been authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil and securities regulator CVM to custody assets of more than 22 trillion reais. "The move from piloting and proof-of-concept to real-time recording infrastructure for national capital markets is an important milestone for the industry," said Silvio Pegado, managing director for Latin America at Ripple.
Daniel Polano Spreafico, product and customer leader at CSD BR, said the company chose the record-mirroring solution because it was "the safest and most responsible way to introduce new technology to critical market infrastructure." The move echoes the practice of other regulated infrastructures adopting blockchain technology to tokenize assets, such as The Clearing House selecting Quant to support its tokenized deposit network.
Future Outlook
Once the mirroring phase is verified, CSD BR and Ripple plan to expand to native asset issuance and transactions between authorized participants, with assets such as real estate and agricultural receivable certificates being considered in subsequent phases. The architecture combines Ripple's custody infrastructure with XRP Ledger's native tokenization capabilities and aims to add confidentiality mechanisms before expanding into new asset classes and international markets.
Luis Furtado of BTG Pactual said mirroring fund units "lays a concrete foundation for future development while retaining current processes and official records."
Ripple has been building regulated custody and tokenization services for institutional customers, including the Absa digital asset custody service launch project supported by Ripple.
