Bitwise launches LIT pledge ETP in Xetra, with moderate price increase

Bitwise已在德意志交易所Xetra（Deutsche Börse Xetra）推出了其首款追踪Lighter LIT代币的交易所交易产品（ETP）。这一举措为欧洲投资者通过传统券商账户接触该资产提供了渠道。

该产品名为“Bitwise Lighter Staking ETP”，自9月23日起以代码BLIT开始交易，并追踪Kaiko Lighter参考费率。该产品由德国Bitwise Europe GmbH发行，年度总费用比率为0.85%。

截至9月23日，BLIT管理的资产规模约为474万美元，背后有101万个LIT代币作为支撑。相比之下，当前持仓规模相对于LIT的整体市值而言仍然较小。每个ETP单位代表略低于5个LIT代币，市场上共有202,594个ETP单位流通。

LIT代币背景与市场动态

LIT is Lighter's native token. Lighter is an Ethereum second-level decentralized exchange focusing on perpetual contracts and other on-chain markets. The platform uses zero-knowledge certificates to verify order matching and clearing processes, and processes transactions outside the Ethereum network, before submitting the certificates to the network.

In addition to perpetual contracts for crypto-assets, Lighter has also expanded its market reach to provide markets linked to stocks such as Apple, Amazon and Tesla. Users gain price exposure through perpetual contracts rather than owning underlying stocks. The platform charges fees from professional market makers and profits from clearing and treasury revenue, while not charging retail traders for transaction fees.

Lighter has become one of the more active platforms in the decentralized perpetual contract market. During a major cryptocurrency market sell-off in February, the platform's 24-hour perpetual contract trading volume was approximately US$7.5 billion, accounting for nearly 9.5% of the entire sector's tracked activity.

Analysis of the impact of Bitwise ETP on LIT prices

This release brings a new source of potential demand for LIT, as BLIT is supported by underlying tokens. However, given LIT's overall market value, the product's scale is still limited. CoinGecko data showed that LIT's market value on September 23 was approximately US$1.27 billion, and trading volume was close to US$84.7 million. As a result, BLIT only accounts for a small proportion of LIT's existing market.

LIT的代币经济学也与协议活动紧密相关。该项目于12月推出LIT，计划根据市场状况将协议收入用于生态增长或代币回购。此前，回购机制曾与价格变动同步：当Lighter国库于1月开始代币回购时，LIT价格上涨了约16%。

供应链与长期分布

供应情况也是另一个重要因素。LIT初始发行时，25%的总供应量通过社区空投分发。一半的总代币供应量分配给生态系统，26%分配给团队，24%分配给投资者。团队和投资者的分配部分有一年的锁定期，随后是三年的线性解锁。因此，与代币长期分配计划下可能进入流通的LIT数量相比，Bitwise目前的持仓量仍然较小。

Bitwise扩展链上交易产品系列

BLIT的推出紧随Bitwise进入追踪与去中心化永续合约平台相关代币的投资产品行列。今年4月，Bitwise在欧洲推出了追踪Hyperliquid的Bitwise Hyperliquid Staking ETP，为投资者提供HYPE的交易所交易敞口。随后在5月，Bitwise在美国推出了Hyperliquid ETF。

Vladimir Novakovski, founder and CEO of Lighter, said the platform aims to use zero-knowledge proof to provide institutional-level on-chain perpetual contract transactions for verifiable execution. "We are excited to bring LIT to European investors who have not yet directly entered the on-chain market." Novakovski said.

BLIT is registered in Germany and listed on Deutsche Börse Xetra with the ISIN code DE000A4AV9T5. Bitwise classified the product as a safe debt security with physical reproduction, non-leveraged and asset-free borrowing.
