XRP October 12: Evernorth landed on Nasdaq, and XRP faced a critical catalytic moment.
October 12 is becoming an important node for Ripple's cross-border tokens. As Evernorth began trading on Nasdaq, the size of its treasury holding approximately 473 million tokens attracted market attention. At the same time, analysts are closely watching whether the asset can stabilize near $1.40 and regain the key resistance level of $1.50, laying the foundation for a higher target.
473 million XRPs hit Wall Street
According to CryptoPotato, Evernorth officially completed its business merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II on Friday, clearing the way for XRPN to start trading on Nasdaq today (October 12). Previously, the company raised more than US$1 billion through mergers and related private equity financing, with investors including Ripple, SBI Group, Kraken, Pantera Capital and other institutions.
Evernorth held approximately 473 million XRPs and approximately US$300 million in cash income when it entered the public market. However, it does not intend to be a quiet XRP holder. The company positions itself as a "proactively managed XRP treasury" rather than just a tool to hold tokens. In addition, it plans to deploy capital in institutional yield strategy, infrastructure, on-chain credit and other areas of XRP ecosystem activity.
AllInCrypto described the listing as a "big day" for Evernorth and even XRP, emphasizing that institutional adoption of the token is accelerating as "the world's largest publicly traded XRP treasury" hits Wall Street.
值得注意的是，XRP本身并未在纳斯达克上市。目前已有追踪其表现的ETF存在且运行良好。相反，XRPN为传统投资者提供了一条途径，使其能够投资一家以跨境代币为核心战略和国库管理的上市公司。
价格复苏前景如何？
Xaifi Crypto指出，自去年7月创下3.60美元的历史高点以来，XRP经历了大幅宏观回调，目前价格在1.40美元附近徘徊。该分析师表示，长期积累与分布指标显示出显著变化，但当前需密切观察的关键水平是1.50美元。如果受新动能推动，代币成功收复该位置，有望重现8月中旬的涨势，触及新的局部高点。
Lana Valenti则提供了更为乐观的技术面展望。她认为，XRP在日线图上突破下降通道后正试图反弹。近期的二次测试表明买方力量确实存在。若反弹得到确认，她指出了下一个主要目标价位：1.70美元、2.20美元、2.70美元，并最终挑战2025年的历史高点3.65美元。
