币安现货费率： maker 和 taker 均为 0.1%

This discount carries a cost that is not listed in the table: You hold an additional volatile position to save on fees. With a monthly transaction volume of 1,000 euros, the savings are 25 euros cents. If the tokens you hold for this fall by 1%, the advantage will be offset multiple times. Therefore, this discount is only beneficial to active traders with large trading volume and is not suitable for monthly fixed investment plans.

Binance Futures: Maker 0.02%, Taker 0.05%

Rates in derivatives are significantly lower. For USD-M futures contracts settled in U.S. dollar stablecoins, the rates given on the Binance help page are Maker 0.02%, Taker 0.05%. Futures are a forward contract: You trade an agreement on the future price of a coin, not the coin itself, usually with leverage.

Why futures rebates are small

In derivatives trading, rebates paid using exchange tokens are only 10%, not 25%. There is also a condition that often nullifies it: the balance must exist in the futures account itself, not the main account. If it is insufficient, the system will deduct stablecoins and the rebate for the transaction will be invalid.

There is no fixed percentage of transfer balances. The fee you pay depends on the coin and the network you transfer, because exchanges pass on network fees and add their own amount to each asset. The same stablecoin may be less than one euro on the cheap chain, but several times that on the Ethereum main network.

This has one specific consequence for people who now withdraw balances from Binance: Before withdrawing, determine which network the target wallet or new exchange accepts, and then choose the cheapest one they share. The cost of choosing the wrong chain can quickly exceed the transaction fee of monthly installments for a full year. Also, funds sent to addresses on the wrong network are often lost forever.

How to check authorization by yourself

Whether an exchange holds authorization is a public record and it only takes two minutes to find it. ESMA Register and BaFin Database : You can not rely on any price comparison website. The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) maintains a public register of all crypto asset service providers authorized under MiCA, and Germany's BaFin maintains a corporate database of providers licensed in Germany. Both are available for free. Binance does not appear in the European Register of Authorized Providers; as of September 2026, the register's entries count between 341 and 367, depending on the deadline.

Therefore, download the full transaction report as a file rather than a screenshot before clearing old accounts. This is particularly urgent at exchanges that are scaling back EU operations because there is no guarantee for how long access to old reports will last. Conclusion: Without EU authorization, the fee for a venue to determine all

currency security is very low, and this has been its strongest argument over the years: 0.1% for spot transactions, 0.075% after discounts, and 0.02% and 0.05% respectively for derivatives. Since July 1, 2026, this form no longer answers questions behind German investor searches. The question now is, at which licensed location you can buy it and what is the full round-trip cost there.
