However, leverage is a double-edged sword.

From technical indicators, the Daily Relative Strength Index (RSI, which measures the degree to which assets are oversold or overbought) is currently at 69.4, which is in the bullish range, but is close to the critical line of 70, and traders are beginning to be wary of the exhaustion of momentum. The average trend index (ADX) reading was 32.5, above the 25 threshold that distinguishes true trends from market noise, and the buyer indicator (+DI) still dominates.

Squeeze Momentum shows that the recent price compression has been released in the upward direction, and the chart pattern also confirms this. Although the momentum indicator is still slightly negative, it has begun to turn upward-the market is gathering strength rather than reversing its decline.

However, bulls still face a major problem: Dogecoin's 50-day exponential moving average (EMA) is still below its 200-day EMA-a textbook "death cross", a long-term bearish signal formed after a continued downward trend. The crossover status has not changed.
