Dogecoin faces liquidity risk at US$0.047! What are analysts paying attention to?
Doggecoin continues to weaken relative to TEDA, and its price has been hovering below a downtrend line for a long time. Market analysts pointed out that the area around $0.047 has become a key liquidity area, and the lack of decisive breakthroughs is deepening bearish sentiment. Investors are watching closely for signs that could change course.
USDT trading pairs continue to be under pressure
Judging from the weekly chart of Dogecoin, a series of lower highs and lower lows dominate, which supports the view that the main trend remains downward. Analyst Stefan pointed out that until Dogecoin decisively recovers the US$0.11 mark, the downward liquidity area may still be the focus of market attention.
The first noteworthy area on the chart is around US$0.047, which is marked as a potential iso-low area. If the decline continues, this level will become the next possible turning point for Dogecoin.
Stefan emphasized that there is currently no structure to support Dogecoin\'s aggressive upward target, and the price is still on the wrong side of the trend line. This makes potential liquidity areas the focus of attention.
Below $0.047, there are two historical price areas to watch: $0.041 and $0.028. If Dogecoin fails to hold on to its main liquidity target, these deeper areas of support may become more important as investors look for a bottom.
On the other hand, the existence of a clear threshold could weaken the momentum for further declines. Stefan believes that if Dogecoin rises above the US$0.11 level with strong trading volume, the current bearish outlook may expire.
Key levels: US$0.11 is a breakthrough threshold that may weaken bearish sentiment; US$0.047 is the main liquidity and first key target area; US$0.041 is the historical support level below the first target; and US$0.028 is the deeper historical support area.
Critical support for DOGE/ETH trading pair becomes the focus
Dogecoin\'s performance relative to Ethereum is also closely watched. The DOGE/ETH ratio is currently trading near a key relative support area that could determine whether the memin can outperform Ethereum again.
Two main long-term areas can be clearly seen in the DOGE/ETH chart. The green band below has historically provided important support, while the red band above has served as resistance during the period when Dogecoin performed better than Ethereum.
This technical level is not only critical for price movements, but also crucial for determining the relative strength between two assets. As analyst Polaris_xbt points out, the DOGE/ETH trading pair is an indicator for investors to weigh which asset they prefer. This ratio measures whether Dogecoin is strengthening compared to Ethereum.
Note: Relative strength measures the value of an asset relative to another asset, not its absolute value. If the DOGE/ETH ratio rises, it means that Dogecoin performs better than Ethereum.
Polaris_xbt observed that holding this support area may pave the way for Dogecoin to start a new round of relative strength, and once it breaks below, it will tilt the balance towards Ethereum.
If support is held, Dogecoin may overtake Ethereum in the next round of market. Conversely, if this level falls, Ethereum may temporarily retain its position as a stronger asset. If the momentum shifts back to Dogecoin, the red area above may once again become an important target on the chart.
