Dogecoin Price Analysis
In the past few weeks, Dogecoin prices have continued to bear selling pressure. After losing the key US$0.091 support level, its overall downward trend has further expanded. The memin currently trades at around $0.072, right above an important weekly demand area-an area that has attracted buyers many times during previous pullbacks.
Although the overall market structure remains short, the recent decline has put Dogecoin into a technically critical area, where market sentiment often begins to change. Traders will be watching closely whether buyers can hold on to this support and trigger a rebound, or whether sellers regain control and push memein to new lows.
Dogecoin Price Analysis
Weekly chart shows that Dogecoin prices have entered a critical node after months of "lower highs, lower lows" and are currently in the demand area between US$0.052 and US$0.060. The region previously served as a strong fundraising area before major gains. Still, broader trends have not changed. Dogecoin is still trading below the 20-week and 50-week moving averages, which continue to tilt downward, posing dynamic resistance, indicating that sellers still have an advantage over a longer time frame.
The above chart shows that the 50th/200th weekly moving average is tending to form a "dead fork". At the same time, the MACD indicator shows a similar possibility, which could have a negative impact on prices. Therefore, if selling pressure intensifies, prices are expected to test local support areas between $0.05 and $0.06. This range has been attracting a lot of buying, which could trigger further strong breakouts.
For buyers, the first challenge is at $0.091, which was previously support but has now turned into resistance. Recovering this level would enhance the possibility of recovery and could open the door to a move towards the $0.11 to $0.14 region. On the downside, if the demand area is lost, it will negate the current recovery pattern and strengthen the overall bearish trend.
Summary
Dogecoin prices are currently in one of the most important technical positions on its weekly chart. The current demand area provides buyers with an opportunity to slow down the decline, but the market still needs to confirm the signal before concluding that the bottom has reached.
As long as Dogecoin holds the support area of US$0.052 to US$0.060, it is still a realistic possibility to recover to US$0.091. Continuing to stand above this level will improve the medium-term outlook and shift attention to higher resistance levels. Until then, the trend remains bearish, so the current support area is a key location that traders should focus on in the coming weeks.
