The long-term wave structure enters a critical stage
More Crypto Online recently shared a long-term assessment of the dogcoin market structure. The analysis compares DOGE to many technologically advanced cryptocurrency projects and points out that despite a deep correction, Dogecoin has shown resilience.
The monthly chart depicts the Elliott wave structure since the 2021 high. The correction extends through multiple lower highs and lower lows, a pattern that reflects long-term market correction.
Analysis marks the current decline as a wave (C). Such patterns usually represent the end of the correction cycle. Further verification is still needed before trend reversal is confirmed.
Multiple Fibonacci retracement levels establish potential recovery targets above the current structure. The forecast range is approximately between $0.098 and $0.173. Each level has the potential to become a future resistance level in recovery attempts.
Futures activity reflects continued market participation
CoinGlass data shows that Binance leads DOGE open interest contracts among major exchanges. Bybit followed closely, holding a large number of open positions. KuCoin ranks third in terms of open interest.
Trading volume is also concentrated on leading derivatives platforms. Binance records the largest futures trading activity. Bybit and BingX continue to attract significant market participation.
The ranking of transaction volume presents different competitive patterns. BingX recorded the highest number of DOGE futures trade executions. Bybit and Binance remain among the busiest exchanges.
Composite indicators show that participation in multiple trading venues persists. Although the overall market uncertainty is high, liquidity is still widely distributed. Traders continued to maintain leverage exposure during the pullback.
Prices remain range volatile, traders wait for confirmation
As of this writing, Dogecoin was quoted at US$0.07307 in the most recent transaction. The token recorded a small daily decline. Buyers and sellers maintain a close balance throughout the transaction process.
Early buying pushed DOGE to the upper edge of the intraday range. Selling pressure then wiped out most of the gains. The market immediately entered another round of consolidation.
The subsequent rebound briefly broke through the immediate resistance zone. Profit-taking quickly limited further upside. Buyers then defended support near intraday lows.
During the trading hours, the market value of Dogecoin was close to US$12.48 billion. After experiencing a sharp decline, daily trading volume was approximately US$570.7 million.
The current prospects for DOGE recovery depend on whether the support level remains intact and whether technical confirmation signals can emerge.
