ETH 币安钱包上线PancakeSwap“预访问”活动，提供私有公司间接经济敞口
币安钱包现已开放PancakeSwap的“预访问”（Pre-Access）活动入口，允许符合条件的用户订阅第三方代币。这些代币旨在用户在潜在公开上市前，获得对私有公司的间接经济敞口。
核心机制与风险提示
根据币安钱包发布的常见问题解答（FAQ），此类“预访问代币”并不代表直接持有公司股份，也不赋予用户投票权、分红权、治理权或股东身份。参与者通过代币获得的敞口可能以合同、合成工具或其他间接形式存在，具体取决于活动背后的第三方提供商所选择的架构。
最终分配结果取决于三个关键因素：Alpha积分、Trencher徽章状态以及用户的bStocks链上层级。更高的Alpha积分和更高级别的bStocks层级可以增加分配额度，而持有Trencher徽章的用户将获得额外分配。币安明确指出，PancakeSwap及第三方服务提供商掌控订阅、分配、领取、退款及结算流程，币安钱包本身不发行、销售或运营这些产品。
参与条件与资格评估
通过币安钱包参与活动需使用无密钥钱包（Keyless Wallet）并通过资格检查。用户可在“预访问”板块查看规则并提交认购金额，资金将直接从用户的自我托管钱包中划转。
- Trencher认证：这是币安针对活跃链上交易者推出的认证体系，主要考量钱包交易量、活跃度及社区参与度等指标。若涉及洗售交易或成交量操纵等行为，徽章可能被撤销。
- bStocks层级：作为币安现有的代币化股票产品，bStocks为投资者提供了对美国上市股票或ETF的经济敞口，且支持自我托管和DeFi用途。其链上市值在近期研究中已显著增长。
市场背景与趋势
此举顺应了代币化私有公司敞口市场的快速增长趋势。据币安研究院分析，全球约有1,300家估值超过10亿美元的私有公司，总价值接近4.7万亿美元。然而，目前代币化预IPO产品的市场规模仍相对较小，仅为数千万美元级别。
相比之下，基于期货合约的私有公司衍生品发展更为迅速。例如，部分平台推出的针对Anthropic和OpenAI等公司的预IPO永续合约，其未平仓合约价值在短短数月内从约100万美元激增至1.6亿美元以上。其他主流交易所如Coinbase和Kraken也通过类似衍生品结构进入该市场，但这些合约同样不传递私有公司的所有权。
结算不确定性与风险警示
Even if the target company completes its initial public offering (IPO), the pre-access tokens will not automatically be converted into listed shares. Tokens may be traded at a premium or discount in the secondary market, and their prices are affected by factors such as supply and demand, liquidity, lock-in periods and transfer restrictions. Binance emphasized that there is no guarantee that the target company will complete the IPO.
In addition, the ability of the counterparty to perform poses another level of risk. If the underlying exposure cannot be delivered, any refunds, clearing or compensation will rely on PancakeSwap and third-party providers, and Binance Wallet does not provide a recovery guarantee. In extreme cases, users may face the risk of forced liquidation or losing some or even all of their value due to legal challenges, smart contract rule restrictions, or pro-rata adjustments caused by oversubscription.
The first project has not yet been announced
As of now, although PancakeSwap has opened the pre-access portal, the official has not disclosed the specific information of the first target private company. Detailed terms of each event, including subscription prices, implicit valuations, eligibility requirements and settlement rules, will be announced separately on the specific event page. Investors need to read the relevant documents carefully to understand their respective transfer and trading restrictions.
