Strategy

Strive

In this challenging environment, both Strategy and Strive try to reassure investors about their financial health. Strategy CEO Phong Le defended the company's decision to sell Bitcoin earlier this year, saying the moves strengthened the company's "indestructible balance sheet." According to Le, the choice to sell at the time was "the right deal at the time."

Strive CEO Matt Cole emphasized that the company remains debt-free, maintains zero margin requirements, and holds unsecured Bitcoin, describing its business as structured to handle high market volatility.

In addition, Strategy announced plans to provide a daily dividend on four preferred stock classes (STRF, STRC, STRK and STRD).

Market Outlook

Despite cumulative activity among key players, both Strategy and Strive stock prices have dropped significantly over the past year. Strategy shares (MSTR) fell more than 50%, while Strive shares (ASST) fell more than 30%.

Meanwhile, Bitcoin has recently traded close to $83,409, reflecting a 3% decline over the past week.
