SMQKE (@SMQKEDQG), a cryptocurrency researcher, recently stated that XRP will directly benefit from the CLARITY Act. He focused on a post he posted in May that quoted a report from GSR Research that argued that tokens with a history of SEC litigation would benefit the most from the CLARITY Act.
SMQKE applied this finding directly to XRP, calling it the project that would benefit the most from passage of the bill.

Five-year legal battle becomes assets
Ripple has spent nearly five years in its legal dispute with the SEC over XRP. Most projects will view this as a liability, but SMQKE holds the opposite view. "SEC cases that once seemed like huge short-term restrictions have now become one of its biggest strengths." He wrote.
Reasoning is simple. XRP withstood federal review, and most projects have long since been terminated. Ripple defeated the SEC in court. Few tokens have such a history. Under the CLARITY Act, this field-tested record places XRP in a unique position relative to other digital assets seeking regulatory legitimacy.
SMQKE describes XRP as "a field-tested, legal and compliant project with proven real-world utility." This feature is important when institutional investors evaluate tokens to find ones that can survive in a regulated environment.
Purpose of the CLARITY Act
The CLARITY Act establishes a federal framework for digital assets. It draws a clear line between assets under the jurisdiction of the SEC and assets under the jurisdiction of the CFTC. Assets classified as digital goods are freed from the regulatory burden of SEC enforcement. This reclassification brings a structural revaluation of altcoins in the eyes of investors and the law.
XRP has been classified as a commodity, which gives it an advantage over many other assets. GSR Research reported that banks have gained clear access to custody, settlement and tokenized asset services. For DeFi, the bill removes years of legal ambiguity that has forced developers and capital to offshore. The core is that the CLARITY Act replaces enforcement-based regulation with an actual statutory framework.

Early signals of XRP
The market already knows what passing means. XRP led the market reaction after the Senate committee vote, briefly breaking through $1.54 before falling back. The move occurred before the bill went to a full house vote. Comprehensive adoption will bring greater influence.
SMQKE cited this reaction as evidence that it was imminent. The closing debate vote on September 15 was the first public test. If the Senate reaches 60 votes, experts expect a rapid rise. Later, formal debate began, and the CLARITY Act came closer to becoming law.
