SOL Bitcoin rebounded strongly in defiance of unfavorable news from Washington
Bitcoin rallied on Friday despite two major Washington events earlier this week that appeared to be unfavorable to the crypto market. The Senate's failure to advance the CLARITY Act on September 15 stalled extensive market structure legislation for the industry. The next day, the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points to 3.75%-4%, the first rate hike since 2023.
The SEC reiterated that the regulatory agenda is not influenced by Congress
However, after the CLARITY Act failed, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Paul Atkins made it clear that the agency will continue to advance its crypto rulemaking agenda no matter what happens in Congress. Atkins said at the Solana Policy Institute Summit on September 14:"With or without this legislation, this administration will provide safeguards for American investors and technology innovators. Promises have been made and will be fulfilled."
Atkins pointed out that the SEC has advanced a number of crypto initiatives under the Project Crypto framework, including rules for token issuers, updated transfer agent requirements, and new custody options for investment advisers. Since then, this regulatory push has accelerated.
SEC and CFTC move forward without congressional support

Strategy（MSTR）执行董事长迈克尔·塞勒周四强调了SEC的这一行动，他表示：“SEC的创新豁免使得通过符合条件的场所，让美国投资者能够全天候进行代币化$STRC和$MSTR的链上交易。”
摩根大通指出对冲优势
摩根大通也指出了潜在的有利定位设置。由尼古劳斯·帕尼格措格卢（Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou）领导的分析师表示，比特币的对冲程度高于黄金，这意味着对冲需求的减少可能会提供额外的支撑。“如果对冲需求减少，IBIT与GLD ETF之间更高的空头兴趣可能会使比特币相对于黄金获得更多支撑，”分析师们说道。
市场表现回顾
截至发稿时，比特币交易价格约为81,014美元，过去24小时内上涨约6.3%。更广泛的加密市场也随之走高，以太坊上涨5.7%，索拉纳涨幅接近9.7%。
