FET OnchainLens, an online analysis agency, accused that about US$1.54 million in FET tokens from the Fetch.ai ecosystem were stolen by a suspected "exploit cluster".
According to content posted by the X platform account @OnchainLens, an associated wallet address cluster withdrew about US$1.54 million in FET tokens from the Fetch.ai ecosystem. This data has not been independently verified, and as of press time, Fetch.ai has not issued any public statement confirming the loss.
Missing details and evidence of allegations
The report characterizes such activity as an "exploit cluster," a term implying the existence of a set of wallet addresses working together to jointly withdraw tokens. The $1.54 million mentioned in the report is based on an estimated dollar value of the total amount of mobile FETs;OnchainLens presents it as an approximation rather than the exact total ultimately confirmed.
It is worth noting that the currently available evidence supporting this report does not include any blockchain browser transaction hashes, wallet address cluster maps or smart contract interaction logs. Therefore, until supported by on-chain data or official Fetch.ai statements, the $1.54 million claim should be considered a single-source and unsubstantiated allegation.
Analysis of the Attribution Mechanism of "Exploitation Cluster"
