From September 8 to 11, the cumulative net outflow of funds during the four-day trading days was approximately US$463 million. A brief recovery on September 14 was followed by net outflows of $450.4 million and $295.9 million on September 15 and 16, respectively, marking the steepest withdrawal of funds this month.
How can the market recover by the end of September?
After September 17, the situation turned favorably, and Bitcoin ETFs received continuous net inflows over the following four trading days. Net inflows were US$159.5 million on September 17 and increased to US$433 million the next day. A staggering net inflow of $999 million was recorded on September 21, the strongest one-day performance in nearly 11 months, followed by an increase of $714.7 million on September 22. Total net inflows over the four days reached US$2.31 billion.
Blackstone Group's iShares Bitcoin Trust contributed $350.3 million in increments on the final trading day; Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund absorbed $257.4 million, while Morgan Stanley's products increased $99 million.
Institutions 'renewed interest in risk has coincided with the rise in Bitcoin prices. Blackstone, Fidelity and Morgan Stanley have played key roles in recent investment inflows. Currently, the market is closely watching whether selling pressure has completely eased. The recovery in institutional interest in September shows renewed confidence in potential.
