Nasdaq Listing Vote: XRPN Trust Company Proposal
On September 30, shareholders of Armada Acquisition Corp. II will vote on a plan to merge with Evernorth. Evernorth is a company designed to serve as an XRP money management platform. If approved, the deal would lead to the creation of an XRP trust company listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "XRPN."
Evernorth's investors include well-known institutions such as Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, Kraken, Arrington Capital and GSR. The company aims to deploy capital across the XRP ecosystem, with the goal of increasing the amount of XRP it holds per share over time. The business combination still needs to meet shareholder approval, completion of settlement and Nasdaq listing requirements.
The proposed XRPN structure could provide institutional investors with a more direct channel for XRP investment, which is consistent with a rebound in interest in regulated XRP investment products in the U.S. market. Data shows that from September 21 to 25, the net inflow of funds from the U.S. spot XRP ETF reached US$75.59 million, with a cumulative total inflow of approximately US$1.79 billion.

Cryptocurrency analyst Scott Melker recently pointed out that wider adoption of XRP networks or associated businesses does not always guarantee a direct increase in token value. He specifically mentioned XRP, demonstrating uncertainty about the simple link between activity growth and continued token appreciation.
Technical aspects and market reactions
Along with these fundamentals, recent market trends have brought the US$1.60 -1.65 price range into focus. XRP hit a high of $1.6556 on September 23 and $1.6262 on September 25, before falling back to around $1.48 early in the weekend.
Market analysts including Ali Martinez pointed out that approximately 1.99 billion XRPs were acquired at around $1.60, indicating that holders in that range may increase selling pressure when prices return to entry point. 1.31 The US$1.35 region is considered a key support area for the currency.
