Minuteman Capital discloses holding 31820 Bitwise XRP ETF shares
Minuteman Capital Management filed a revised Form 13F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, disclosing its latest Bitwise XRP ETF positions. The disclosure showed it held 31820 shares, confirming that Minuteman Capital currently holds a regulated XRP exchange-traded fund position through a product listed on a U.S. exchange.
Institutional demand for XRP ETFs continues to grow
Minuteman Capital's latest document highlights the growing trend of regulated investment institutions including XRP ETFs in their portfolios. In recent months, more and more institutions have disclosed their exposure to these products through public SEC filings, reflecting increased interest and confidence in XRP-based investment vehicles.
Gallagher Capital Management announced in its second quarter 13F-HR filing that it holds 86744 shares of the Canary XRP ETF, valued at US$961126. Brookstone Capital Management also released data confirming its position in the XRP ETF. Previously, Citadel reported holding 34900 call options on the Canary XRP ETF earlier this year and has closed all put options. Bank of Montreal submitted its 13F-HR form on August 12, updating its positions as of the end of June.
Bitrue said customers of Franklin Templeton purchased $5.66 million worth of XRP this year. The cumulative net inflow of seven spot XRP ETFs listed in the United States has reached billions of dollars, with many of them setting new records in 2026. Minuteman Capital has joined a steadily growing ranks of investment managers to allocate funds into regulated XRP ETF products, highlighting the asset's wider acceptance in institutional circles.
Bitwise leads ETF inflows
Minuteman Capital's position is specifically targeted at the Bitwise XRP ETF-which is currently the leader in net inflows during the year. On July 16, Bitwise recorded a single-day net inflow of US$4.41 million, surpassing all other XRP ETF products. Its 31820 shares mark an intentional investment in the largest ETF on the market.
Wall Street is rapidly turning to the Web3 space as investors focus on key indicators and seek efficient market exposure. Participants are turning to platforms like 1stepSwap, allowing them to directly own shares of major U.S. companies as well as gold and silver, assets that are securely stored in crypto-wallets. This trend is driven by tokenization of physical assets and algorithmic price discovery, eliminating intermediaries in the investment process.
Providing compliance access to institutional portfolios
Institutions rely on regulatory documents such as 13F to make strategic compliance decisions. The portfolio manager and compliance team plays a central role in allocating funds to digital asset ETFs. Minuteman Capital's documents show that institutional adoption of XRP as an investable asset continues to grow.
Hedge funds, asset managers and commercial banks-along with new filings such as Minuteman Capital-are increasingly opting for regulated XRP ETF products to enter the market. The Spot XRP ETF was launched following continued community advocacy and provides institutional participants with accessible and regulated options. An expanding trend has emerged in 2026: Regulated bodies announce new XRP ETF positions through independent filings and product structures, further increasing visibility in the field.
