在 10 月主网升级前夕，协议 28 的测试工作已经开始，此时 PI 的交易价格约为 0.0893 美元。根据官方公告，节点运营商必须在 10 月 13 日之前安装协议 28 的软件更新。若测试网升级本月顺利完成，协议 28 将于 10 月 16 日正式上线主网。

价格走势与技术分析

Other technology developments
In addition to protocol upgrades, Pi Network also released updates on KYC (Know Your Customers) and mainnetwork migration in September. These updates resolve issues some users encounter during the verification process. According to reports, more than 417,000 users were allowed to resume the KYC process after being reviewed by Pi and confirmed as non-duplicate accounts. In addition, approximately 497,000 "fast track" wallets are facing the problem of receiving migration PI due to lack of Gas funds. This update also makes adjustments for such situations.
As of the end of September, the PI price was still well below its record high of $2.99. Trading activity is relatively light relative to its market value, with the main trading volume concentrated on centralized exchanges such as Gate, OKX, and CoinW. Among them, OKX's PI/USDT pair trading volume exceeded US$2 million in 24 hours, and Gate's PI/USDT pair trading volume exceeded US$1.2 million.
