据彭博社9月28日报道，知情人士透露，加密货币交易所及托管钱包服务提供商 Blockchain.com 正寻求在今年完成首次公开募股（IPO）。该公司目标融资额约为5亿美元，估值区间设定在40亿至60亿美元之间。由于相关信息尚未公开，上述消息来源均要求匿名。
报道指出，若上市流程需要，Blockchain.com 也愿意接受较小规模的融资额度。
估值远低于此前峰值
彭博社数据显示，此次目标的估值远低于 Blockchain.com 在上轮加密货币市场巅峰时期所达到的140亿美元高点。今年5月，该公司已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）秘密提交了一份注册声明草案，但并未披露拟发行股份数量或价格区间。
据悉，Blockchain.com 曾于2022年考虑过上市事宜，但随后搁置了相关计划。根据 Investing.com 引用彭博社的报道，2023年的一轮融资中，该公司的估值不到2022年峰值的一半。
加密资产上市渠道谨慎重启
The listing plan comes as cryptocurrency companies 'capital markets are showing signs of reopening. Bloomberg quoted data as pointing out that since the U.S. Treasury Department announced a significant increase in the repurchase of long-term government bonds in mid-August, Bitcoin (BTC) has risen by more than 30%, driving a broad rebound in the entire cryptocurrency market.
However, the market performance of newly listed crypto assets remains uneven. Bloomberg data shows that shares of crypto companies that have gone public in the past year such as Gemini, BitGo and eToro have fallen by about 50% to 80% from their post-IPO highs.
