Avalanche Agreement Price Focus: Bulls stick to local support, and bullish signals loom.
The price of the Avalanche Agreement (AVAX) has attracted much attention recently. Bulls continue to defend local support, showing bullish momentum. Currently, prices are approaching a key technical level-a position that has been repeatedly breached and failed, and whale accounts remain active in this area. At the same time, derivatives data suggests that the recent rebound may not be due to excessive leverage, but the widening of the chip gathering area near $7 suggests a possible triggering of a momentum-driven breakthrough. This begs a key question: Can AVAX prices break through resistance and hit $10?
AVAX prices are consolidating below US$7 as bulls wait for confirmation signals.
AVAX has steadily recovered from recent lows, but the rebound appears to be weakening below the US$6.95 to US$7.05 resistance zone. This bearish order block has continued to attract selling pressure over the past few weeks and has become a key obstacle that bulls must overcome before accelerating their rebound.
The latest price trend is also consistent with the derivatives market: despite the rebound in prices, Open Interest remains relatively low. This suggests that although selling pressure has eased, traders have not yet returned with enough confidence to support continued price gains. Currently, AVAX still operates within a clear interval formed between the demand area and the supply area.
If the price can decisively break through the US$7 mark and increase in positions, the bullish logic will be strengthened and the market focus will shift to the next resistance level near US$7.50. Prior to this, the current recovery is more towards a consolidation phase than a confirmation breakthrough.
Liquidity clusters suggest: break through US$7 or accelerate gains
Although AVAX is still trading below key US$7 resistance, the clearing map shows the market is approaching an area where volatility could increase sharply. A large number of short clearing orders are concentrated between $6.90 and $7.20, making the current resistance level coincide with an important liquidity cluster.
This layout increases the importance of exceeding US$7. If prices decisively penetrate this resistance level, it may force short positions to cover positions, thereby adding buying pressure to the new demand. Once looming liquidity is absorbed, such movements tend to accelerate, opening the door for price shocks to break through the $7.50 to $8.00 range.
On the downside side, the clearing density below the current price is relatively limited, indicating that the market faces a low risk of similar long squeeze in the short term. As a result, traders may continue to be concerned about whether AVAX can regain the US$7 level-if it succeeds, market momentum is expected to shift decisively to bulls.
Can bulls finally turn $7 into support?
The Avalanche Agreement (AVAX) price is currently trading at a critical juncture, with $7 becoming the decisive resistance to its recent trend. While the recent rebound is encouraging, the lack of substantial growth in positions suggests that breakthroughs still require greater market participation. At the same time, if the bulls successfully recover this level, the concentrated short clearing orders above may amplify the upward momentum. For traders, a reaction near $7, coupled with an increase in positions and trading volume, will likely provide the clearest confirmation signal for AVAX\'s next directional move.
