XRP The game between giant whale sucking and key resistance areas
According to analyst Ali Martinez citing Sand data, in just 96 hours, large XRP holders have increased their holdings of approximately 1.54 billion XRPs, valued at approximately US$2.2 billion. During this period, the tracked "giant whale" population increased its total holdings from approximately 8.27 billion to 9.81 billion.
Although XRP briefly touched the US$1.45 to US$1.47 range during the rally, based on current market aggregate data, its price is closer to US$1.41, with a 24-hour trading volume of approximately US$2.6 billion. This suggests that the rally has cooled, but the core technical question remains: Can buyers convert $1.50 from resistance to support?
Complex signals behind huge purchases
The US$2.2 billion fundraising scale is significant, but it does not mean that there will inevitably be continued buying pressure in the future. On-chain wallet data shows that tracked addresses do increase positions, but this does not reveal the true intentions of all holders.
In addition, the market has also received conflicting signals. Data related to CryptoQuant shows that approximately 1.6 billion XRPs have been transferred to Binance in the past 30 days, a record high since March this year. Large inflows of funds into exchanges may increase potential selling liquidity, so giant whale activity is not entirely bullish.
This makes $1.45 to $1.50 a critical battlefield right now. XRP recently recovered the $1.50 mark after hitting an extreme 13-year RSI (Relative Strength Index) reading, but the trend failed to establish lasting support above this level.
