BTC Strive再购1,355枚比特币，巩固近期最大买家地位
Strive（纳斯达克代码：ASST）首席执行官Matt Cole于2026年9月21日（周一）宣布，公司最新购入1,355枚比特币，总支出达1.077亿美元。此举进一步巩固了Strive作为近期比特币最大买家的声誉。
随着此次收购完成，Strive的比特币持仓总量已达到26,355枚。自该公司在2025年9月完成合并并开始买入比特币以来，其持仓规模几乎呈垂直上升趋势。
据相关报道显示，截至发稿时，Strive的ASST股票盘前涨幅超过6%。该股在过去一个月中持续走强，并于周五（9月18日）突破30美元大关。
谁正在引领比特币的积累？
Cole表示，Strive为最新购买的1,355枚比特币支付的平均单价为79,475美元/枚。
在比特币最坚定的买家榜单上，Strive超越了Michael Saylor旗下的Strategy（纳斯达克代码：MSTR）。Strategy自8月31日以来的首次比特币采购发生在同一天，涉及950枚比特币，金额近7,600万美元。
尽管Strive近期的收购步伐加速，但Strategy仍独树一帜。Strategy拥有价值719亿美元的846,000枚比特币持仓，遥遥领先于紧随其后的Twenty One Capital（后者持有43,514枚比特币）。Strive以26,355枚比特币的持仓量位列第五，稍显落后。
However, Strive has a clear advantage in the frequency of weekly checks. It purchased 1,800 bitcoins at the end of August, 1,375 the following week, and 469 the following week, bringing its position to 25,000, and adding 1,355 this week.
How does Strive fund its Bitcoin purchases?
Strive relies almost entirely on its SATA tool, Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, to fund Bitcoin purchases. The preferred stock pays a 13% dividend every business day and its nominal value exceeded $1 billion earlier this month. The previous week's 469 bitcoin purchases were fully funded by SATA.
Cole said the exercise of warrants began last week and brought in total gains of US$21.2 million. After taking into account the new funding, SATA accounted for 57.7% of total raised capital, down from the previous number of weeks backed entirely by preferred stock. Warrants provide Strive with a second leverage that eliminates the need to rely too much on preferred stock that pays dividends daily.
Impact of market trends on ASST
ASST shares have climbed since closing at US$12.80 on August 18. Data showed that as of September 18, its trading price had exceeded US$30, an increase of more than 120% in a month. Year-to-date, the stock is up about 90% and has a market value of about $2.5 billion to $2.6 billion.
This rise also restored SATA to a face value of US$100, thereby maintaining the normal operation of the at-the-market program used to fund Bitcoin purchases.
