BTC 企业比特币购买背后的政府信号
Capital B 首席执行官 Alexandre Laizet 在 BTC Prague 大会上表示，美国政府不会出售其持有的比特币储备。Capital B 承诺将以尽可能快速且高效的方式长期持续买入比特币。

企业比特币购买背后的政策信号
Laizet 指出，美国政府已将其战略储备中持有的比特币指定为在任何情况下都不会出售的资产。“美国政府明确将比特币列为唯一不会出售的资产，这一声明具有极其重要的意义。”Laizet 说道。他将此举视为比特币作为稀缺、非主权价值储存手段地位的有力证明。

According to Laizet, financial institutions and companies around the world are moving in the same direction. "It's not just about speculation, it's about recognizing the fundamental transformation that is taking place in global capital markets." Capital B sees itself as part of this broader trend rather than an isolated case.
Converting the open market into a bitcoin accumulation tool
Laizet explained that most global capital is still confined to traditional securities markets through equity and debt instruments. "While 98% to 99% of global capital is confined to traditional securities markets, Bitcoin represents a new frontier." He added that listed companies have unique ways to circumvent this restriction.
By issuing shares and debt, Capital B transformed standard financing channels into a means to buy more bitcoin. "Using our ability to issue equity and debt, we can access this huge pool of capital and expand our Bitcoin holdings." Laizet said. The company uses each round of financing to further expand its Bitcoin position.
This model, described in the group discussion as a "Bitcoin accumulation machine," directly links shareholder value to Bitcoin positions. Laizet said this allows the company to "not only grow its balance sheet, but also actively participate in and shape the development of digital capital markets." Capital B plans to expand this model by issuing bitcoin-backed credit.
Towards a Bitcoin-backed digital capital market
